I worked for 6 months as a Junior Developer at Frogslayer, a software development firm in College Station, Texas.
I worked on a number of projects for a client I was assigned, including a beautiful cloud tool for propagating information updates between several third-party APIs. This involved designing a common "language" for expressing these updates, and building the architecture for receiving and relaying them.
I left Frogslayer when my research and coursework became too demanding to balance alongside a job, but I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my mentors and coworkers for the experience I gained there.
